Good luck with that.
Given the number of complaints I've seen about that site I agree that CCP need to remove it from their list of trusted sellers but they aren't going to refund your money.
did you try emailing [email protected]?

They're a business, therefore they do not pay a full 35$ for the CCP timecodes or there is no profit. They also advertise the free 14 day trials.

Not sure if they are like some of the other sites that will actually call to verify you placed the order - if they are (and someone else might know) then you might just have to wait till business hours tomorrow. But again, this is just conjecture.

I truly doubt that they would shut at 5PM when they're most likely expected to be taking a lot of different orders from many different times.
